Moscow Borough Council

Moscow Borough Council is made up of seven members and a mayor, each elected for a four-year term. Moscow Borough Council meets on the first Monday of each month, unless there is a holiday, then Council will meet on the following Tuesday.  The meetings are held in the meeting room of the Municipal Building located at 123 VanBrunt Street, Moscow, PA. The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public.​

Below you will find copies of meeting minutes. Minutes of prior meetings are posted to this site after they have been approved by Moscow Borough Council at the subsequent meeting.

Draft agendas will be posted to this page on the Friday prior to a regularly scheduled Council meeting.  This agenda is available for public review and is a draft only, subject to change.  Approved agendas will be posted after the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
