Garbage/Recycling Collection

Garbage collection in the Borough of Moscow is the responsibility of the individual property owners. There are several different independent haulers which service the Borough, two being County Waste (570.382.3127) and Waste Management (570.344.7812). These two companies also pick up recycling curbside for a fee.​

You may also take your recyclables to the Lackawanna Recycling Center.
