Street Department

The Street Department consists of three full-time employees who are responsible for maintaining the roads and parks, snow plowing, recycling, and building and equipment maintenance.​

Driveway/curbcut permits are required by the Borough and can be obtained by contacting the Moscow Borough Office at 570.842.1699, or by visiting our Permits & Fee Schedule page.

PERMITS & FEE SCHEDULE

Moscow Borough Business Office & DPW Department will be CLOSED Friday June 19th in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday.
                                                                   Regular Business Hours will resume Monday June 22
