Building Inspector

The administration and enforcement of the Borough’s Building Code is under the direction of the Building Inspection Underwriter. New construction, renovations, fencing, storage sheds, signs, pools, and some types of maintenance generally require a permit.

The Moscow Borough DPW will begin annual curbside leaf pickup for a 4 week period beginning Tuesday October 13th to continue through Friday November 6th. LEAVES ONLY  Do not mix in any grass, dirt, stones, plants, sticks, branches, wood or mulch
