Moscow Borough Residents - Spring Clean Up Pick Up will begin Friday June 6, 2025 at 6AM- There is no street or time schedule, the contracted hauler JP Mascaro & Sons will pick up on each street of the borough ONLY ONCE. At the conclusion of the spring clean-up residents are asked to follow borough ordinances and discard any objects left behind. Thank you.
