Moscow Borough Business Office

The Moscow Borough Business Office is located at 123 Van Brunt Street, Moscow, PA, in the Moscow Borough Municipal Building.

Business Office hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Wednesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

         Moscow Borough Business Office & DPW will be closed Thursday June 19, 2025 in observance of the Juneteenth federal holiday
         We will resume regular business hours Friday June 20, 2025
