The Moscow Borough Business Office is located at 123 Van Brunt Street, Moscow, PA, in the Moscow Borough Municipal Building.

Business Office hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Wednesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

                                                               CURBSIDE RECYCLING (PAPER) WILL BE PICKED UP ON TUESDAY JANUARY 21, 2025
