Spring Clean Up

The Borough of Moscow offers its residents a service each spring where the residents may put out items to be disposed of which will be picked up by a subcontracted hauler.

Please note that not all items can be picked-up and these will also be listed by notification. This service is for residents of Moscow Borough only.

                                                                  Moscow Borough Business Office and DPW Department will be CLOSED Monday January 19, 2026 in observance of the                                                                     Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday   

                                                                 Recycling (PAPER AND CARDBOARD) will be picked up on Tuesday January 20 

                                                                    We will resume regular Business Office and DPW hours Tuesday January 20, 2026
