Street Department

The Street Department consists of three full-time employees who are responsible for maintaining the roads and parks, snow plowing, recycling, and building and equipment maintenance.​

Driveway/curbcut permits are required by the Borough and can be obtained by contacting the Moscow Borough Office at 570.842.1699, or by visiting our Permits & Fee Schedule page.

PERMITS & FEE SCHEDULE

                                                              The Moscow Borough Business Office and DPW Department will be  
                                                                CLOSED Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28 for the Thanksgiving Holiday
                                                 We will resume regular Business Office and DPW hours Monday December 1, 2025
