Street Department

The Street Department consists of three full-time employees who are responsible for maintaining the roads and parks, snow plowing, recycling, and building and equipment maintenance.​

Driveway/curbcut permits are required by the Borough and can be obtained by contacting the Moscow Borough Office at 570.842.1699, or by visiting our Permits & Fee Schedule page.

                                                                  Moscow Borough Business Office and DPW Department will be CLOSED Monday February 16, 2026 in observance of the                                                                     Presidents Day

                                                                 Recycling (PAPER AND CARDBOARD) will be picked up on Tuesday February 17

                                                                    We will resume regular Business Office and DPW hours Tuesday February 17, 2026
