Subdivision & Land Development

The Borough has an ordinance regulating the subdivision of land and the development of lots for single, multifamily, or nonresidential uses. Plans are subject to review by the Planning Commission and approval by Borough Council and the Lackawanna County Planning Commission. A copy of the ordinance may be purchased from the Borough Secretary or by visiting our Permits & Fee Schedule Page.
